Here we go again...

Back to a familiar spot again.  I'm tired, feel gross and am stressed out.  I've decided to commit to a Keto diet/lifestyle.

I'm going to keep a daily log of weight, food, exercise and other activities and post them here.  

So here we go, come back soon for more updates on how it is going.

I'll also post some things I've tried and that have failed in the past.
